Thank you for your interest in Barco Custom Builders, Ltd. We are a full service custom home builder. Starting with our first meeting we will take you step by step through the construction process. We will sit down with you and determine your exact needs so we can make sure you are heading in the right direction. You may have already purchased a set of plans, no problem, we can take those plans and immediately start working on a proposal for you. If you are not exactly sure what style of home you wish to build we will set up an appointment with our architect so you can place your ideas on paper. We can also refer you to a mortgage company to work on your financial needs. Once your plans have been finalized and you have acquired loan approval we will send you to our design coordinator to assist you with your interior and exterior design.The owners of Barco Custom Builders, Ltd., Aaron Barch and David Corley understand the frustration that can occur with the building process.
